Emergency Prepare
Preparing Responders and Industry to Manage the Unexpected
Strengthening organisational resilience across complex industrial and high-risk environments.
From emergency planning to crisis leadership, we help businesses protect people, assets, and operations when it matters most.
Why Us
We care. We want every aspect of the industries and companies we support to be safe and effective therefore ensuring staff, the community are protected and the business itself is secure.
While we are a new company, our strength lies in the depth, breadth, and credibility of our experience. We have led and supported responses to incidents both large and small, within complex industrial environments and multi-agency emergency response systems.
What sets us apart is our ability to bridge the gap between emergency services and industry. We understand the operational pressures, regulatory requirements, and leadership challenges that emerge during emergencies, particularly within declared major incidents and LRF-coordinated responses.
Our approach is practical, collaborative, and proportionate. We work in partnership with our clients to develop confident leaders, resilient systems, and robust emergency arrangements that go far beyond paper compliance, delivering true preparedness when it matters most.
Who We Are
We are a new emergency response, planning, and resilience consultancy built on decades of frontline, command, and strategic experience. Our team brings together senior leaders, practitioners, and specialists from across the fire, police, ambulance, and wider emergency services, people who have planned for, commanded, and responded to incidents at every level, from routine operational events to declared major incidents.
We have extensive expertise in emergency planning and in managing complex emergencies within the Local Resilience Forum (LRF) environment, working alongside multi-agency partners to coordinate responses to high-impact events. Our leadership experience spans operational, tactical, and strategic command, providing our clients with direct access to real-world knowledge, credibility, and professional assurance.

Frequently Asked Questions
We primarily support organisations operating in high-risk, regulated, or complex environments. This includes sectors such as energy, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure, as well as service providers supporting these industries.
While our experience is rooted in emergency services, our focus is on supporting industry and organisations to develop their own emergency preparedness, response capability, and resilience. We also help organisations understand how to work effectively with emergency services during incidents. We will of course liaise with relevant emergency service agencies and wider partners such as Local Resilience Forums as necessary.
Emergency planning focuses on how an organisation responds to incidents that may threaten life, property, or the environment. Business continuity focuses on maintaining critical operations and recovering services following disruption. Both are essential and complementary elements of organisational resilience.
